Building Working Relationships with Colleagues

WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.

The unit introduces learners to the skills needed to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels in the workplace. The focus is on building the effective communication skills that lead to constructive interaction with colleagues.
