WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
In order to maximise the chances of successful career progression, individuals need to be aware of the increasing role that they play in furthering their own careers. The unit introduces the learner to the concept of career progression and skills, wualities and resources associated with this. Learners will be aware of the qualities that could help them to progress in their own careers.
