Communicating Solutions to Others
WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
The ability to solve problems and share solutions with others is a valuable employability skill. There are many approaches to problem solving and a variety of ways that solutions are communicated. In this unit the learner will seek a solution to a problem and find an effective way of communicating that solution to other people. The learner will find out how to respond appropriately to other people’s views about how effectively they have solved a problem and communicated this solution.
