Conduct at Work

WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.

Employers and employees expect certain types of behaviour within the workplace, making good conduct at work a good key work skill. The unit will introduce learners to the types of behaviour that are appropriate for, and expected in, the workplace. Learners will demonstrate the understanding of the appropriate conduct for the workplace and will carry out a review of their performance by assessing their strengths and weaknesses.
