WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
Effective work leads to achievement of personal, team and organisational goals. Undertaking what makes an effective employee and being able to demonstrate these skills are an essential aspect of employability. Learners will need to carry out some analysis of their strengths and weaknesses and suggest improvements to their performance.
