WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
The ability to learn from senior managers and colleagues with more experience is an important part of preparation for the workplace. The unit will show the learner how they can learn from those with greater experience in a particular field of work or study. This unit can be delivered in both a working and a learning environment.
