Learning from Work Placement
WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
Work placement provides learners with the opportunity to gain vital Workskills and valuable experience of the workplace. This unit will provide the learner with the opportunity to reflect on the work placement experience and evaluate what they have learnt. The learner will be encouraged to make basic judgments about their performance and the skills they have gained.
