WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
The ability to learn and develop alongside colleagues who are working or learning at the same level is a key contributor to a positive working environment. The learner may develop these skills as part of a team working towards common objectives or in a group working on the same piece of work. The learner will be introduced to ways in which they can work alongside their peers in a learning context and learn the value of discussion as well as an understanding that different people respond to different learning techniques.
