WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.

Our work and the way we work can have a huge impact on our physical and mental wellbeing. Employees can suffer from everyday ailments at work, including headaches, back pain and stress. The learner will understand how to manage their health at work and how to prevent illness or injury that could lead to longer term absence. The unit will also explore the different types of health issues that could arise in different working environments.
