Practising Leadership Skills with Others
WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
The focus of this unit is on developing leadership skills for teamwork. The learner will practise their leadership skills within a group setting and will understand the skills that they are developing. The learner will know how to contribute to group tasks and activities in a leadership role and consider the effectiveness of the leadership skills and techniques they have practised.
