WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
This unit will introduce learners to the concept of self assessment as a tool to identify and set goals. Learners will understand how to consider their own strengths and weaknesses in order to identify goals that will that will help them to maximise their skills and abilities. The focus of this unit will be on maximising achievement by setting long and short term goals.
