Solving Work Related Problems
WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
The aim of the unit is to develop problem solving skills for use in the workplace. The learner will find out how to identify workplace problems and seek appropriate sources of help and support. The learner will consider a number of problems that may arise in the workplace and identify a simple set of steps to solve these problems.
