WorkSkills is a flexible, new set of BTEC qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. WorkSkills work towards arming learners with the skills they will need to gain and maintain employability in this day and age.
The unit will help learners to develop the skills needed to communicate effectively and confidently in the workplace. Learners will understand the difference between formal and informal situation and know how to adapt their language accordingly. The unit will encourage the learner to use their verbal communication skill in practical situations, helping to develop their confidence.
