Course Information

This warm waxing training course is great for those looking to enter the “world of beauty” and will teach the student to a professional standard the techniques used for waxing and hair removal.

Warm waxing is an essential skill for any beauty therapist, it is the most requested and profitable treatment, waxing is a very effective way of removing unwanted body hair and lasts up to 4-6weeks.

Course content

DAY 1
* Health & safety 
* Introduction to the “ULearn college” training manual 
* Salon Etiquette, Setting up the workstation
* Client card
* Contra-indications, Client consultation
* Waxing theory & methods of hair removal
* Waxing demonstration, covering all areas, eg leg waxing, bikini, underarms, facial hair,   eyebrow  wax
* Student practice
* Student practical Assessment - students to perform a range of waxing treatments
* After –care/home care advise 
* Student Theory paper Assessment
