Workskills – Conduct at Work Entry Level

Employers and employees expect certain types of behaviour within the workplace, making good conduct at work a good key work skill. The unit will introduce learners to the types of behaviour that are appropriate for, and expected in, the workplace. Learners will demonstrate the understanding of the appropriate conduct for the workplace and will carry out a review of their performance by assessing their strengths and weaknesses.

The learner will be expected to:

1. Know the appropriate behaviours and conduct for the work place

2. Demonstrate good conduct

3. Carry out a review of their own conduct
