Workskills – Learning from More Experienced People Level 2

Learning from people who are more experienced in a particular field of work or study is an effective way of developing skills in the workplace. Learners will be able to recognise and evaluate the usefulness of what they have learned from a more experienced colleague or expert and put these skills into practice themselves.

The learner will be expected to:

1. Understand situation where they might interact with more experienced people

2. Understand how more experienced people work effectively

3. Understand how they can improve their performance by learning from those who have more experience

4. Review what they have learner
