Workskills – Learning from Work Placement Entry Level

Work placement provides learners with the opportunity to gain vital Workskills and valuable experience of the workplace. This unit will provide the learner with the opportunity to reflect on the work placement experience and evaluate what they have learnt. The learner will be encouraged to make basic judgments about their performance and the skills they have gained.

The learner will be expected to:

1. Gather evidence of tasks undertaken during the work placement

2. Identify what they have learned from the work placement

3. Be able to use the learning from the work placement to set goals
