Workskills – Learning from Work Placement Level 2

Work placement provides learners with the opportunity to gain valuable workplace skills and increase their knowledge of a vocational area. This unit has been designed to help the learner reflect on the work placement and identify how the experience can be used to further career development.

The learner will be expected to:

1. Be able to gather evidence of tasks undertaken in the work placement

2. Understand what they have learned from work placement and how it can contribute to further development

3. Be able to use learning from the work placement to set personal goals
