In this unit learners will gain an understanding of how colleagues and other learners can be a valuable resource in the learning process. Learners will have the opportunity to demonstrate that they can work as part of a group in a learning and development context. The unit will also require the learner to reflect on their learning goals and the experience of learning as part of a group.

The learner will be expected to:

1. Understand the importance of learning with colleagues and other learners

2. Plan the learning they will undertake by setting learning goals

3. Be able to interact appropriately with colleagues or other learners in a learning and development context

4. Review the learning they have undertaken
