In this unit the learner will be able to practise their leadership skills with other members of a group. Learners will gain an understanding of skills such as giving feedback, decision making allocating of tasks and responsibilities within a leadership context. This unit also considers how a learner can evaluate their ability to lead others and suggest areas for improvement.

The learner will be expected to:

1. Understand how to lead a group activity

2. Demonstrate effective leadership skills with others

3. Evaluate their leadership performance
