Learners undertaking work placements have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills they need for the world of work. The unit will assist the learner in preparing for the placement by guiding them to carry out research about the organisation providing the placement, the role they will be undertaking, the working hours and the attitudes and behaviours that will be expected of them.
The learner will be expected to:

2. Know what is expected of them during the placement, including hours of work, job roles and attitudes and behaviours
