ULearn have been shortlisted for the category of 'Best Training School' in the Beauty Guild's Awards of Excellence
The unit looks at the importance of written communication in the workplace with a focus on the impact of well written and poorly written documents and how these can affect customers and colleagues. The learner will need to produce common workplace documents such as emails, letters and notes and ensure that these are accurate in terms of spelling, punctuation and content.
The learner will be expected to:
1. Know why it is important to record information accurately in the workplace
2. Be able to produce legible, grammatically accurate handwritten and electronic documents
3. Check all documents for errors and ensure that they have been presented in the correct format
