Workskills – Working in a Team Level 2

The ability to work successfully as part of a team is a key workplace skill. By taking part in a team task, the learner will gain the skills to work within a team and understand the different skills and attributes that are necessary for successful teamwork.

The learner will be expected to:

1. Understand the advantages and disadvantages of taking part in a team task

2. Understand the need for a team to work to an agreed code of conduct

3. Be able to recognise the skills, strength and experience that others bring to a team task

4. Work positively as a team member

5. Reflect on the performance of a team identifying successes and weaknesses
