Course Outline:

This 2 day course give learner’s knowledge and understanding of the skills needed to carry out a leadership role, together with the skills to plan the development of personal leadership skills. It is accredited with Edexcel and provides a Level 3 BTEC qualification.

Suitable For:

Managers, Supervisors and Team/Section leaders who are new to the role or who have no previous training in Leadership Skills or people management. It is the ideal way to gain the skills you require quickly. By completing pre-course work we link course material to your real life work experience. As a Leader you will return to work feeling motivated and confident that you can make a positive impact in your role. You will also leave with a personal post-course assessment plan to complete.
